After watching one of the videos from my favourite YouTuber, an inspiration pops up in my mind that I want to make a video about sushi eating etiquettes to share with all of you. In this episode, we'll be talking about 10 sushi eating etiquettes you should know. Be sure to watch my video down below:)

Summary
  1. Don’t put on strong perfume as it will affect the taste

  2. Eat your sushi once it is ready as temperature will change the flavour of sushi

  3. Pick up your sushi sideways and dip only the sashimi to the soy sauce

  4. It’s OK to eat sushi by hand based on traditional Japanese culture

  5. Eat sushi in one bite

  6. Adjust the amount of rice and wasabi by simply requesting to the Chef

  7. Don’t mix wasabi to the soy sauce, instead add wasabi on top of the sashimi

  8. Don’t dip everything with soy sauce as it is disrespectful to the Chef

  9. Ginger is the palate cleanser, you can eat between dishes

  10. Appreciate the rice! Rice is the backbone of a sushi
