As a performance marketing intern at Harry Rosen, I have been engaged in various projects and initiatives that require me to work effectively with my manager and the rest of my team. In my time at Harry Rosen, I have taken specific actions that have contributed to the success of these projects and helped to align our outcomes with the team's short-term and long-term goals.
One of the projects that I was involved in was the creation of a reporting document for Affiliate Marketing on Commission Junction. To effectively build a clear spreadsheet from scratch, I first need to confirm the objectives of the reporting with the team. I then pulled up raw data and made an analysis thoroughly. With the help of my supervisor, I was able to tweak and made changes to optimize the reports.
As a result of reporting document, the team was able to obtain insightful data on the performance of Affiliate Marketing more efficiently. Metrics such as a change in WoW revenue, ROAS, CTR%, etc., help the team understand what’s working and what area needs improvement.
Another project that I was involved in was the optimization of the Google Ads campaign. I was responsible for adding image extensions to various ad sets. Although it looked like a repetitive task, it is very important in ad search results. The long-term goal within the team is to get all the image extensions in Search Ads done. Currently, I am still working on optimizing the ad set of the BOSS brand. It might be too early to see the results, but I will look at the results after 2 weeks to see if there is any possible improvement in CTR.
In conclusion, data presentation and regular reporting are critical components of my success as a performance marketing intern at Harry Rosen. Through my involvement in various projects, I have contributed to our team's success. I am very thankful to my team for giving me trust in many different tasks and providing me with opportunities in trying everything. The positive feedback that I have received from my co-workers is a testament to my ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate toward the success of Harry Rosen.
